I asked Daniel Seung Lee what he loved about making photographs.

“I think photographers see the world in a different way than most people because we exercise our sense of sight to see in images. My favorite part about photography is how I’m able to truly appreciate those fleeting moments of beautiful light. It’s a feeling that can’t be really explained, but it’s a feeling that photographers only get when everything seems to come together as almost as if we reached a peak experience. Each time we take a photograph, we’re almost telling ourselves and the world that we’re not taking that moment for granted because we want to remember it forever.”
